Lori Rathje began consulting with JML in spring 2005 and has since joined the management team as General Manager. After a decade of experience in account management for a Minnesota marketing firm servicing blue-chip clients, she was recruited to San Francisco in 1990. As a Senior Vice President/General Manager for a division of a leading advertising agency. Lori then co-founded Rathje, Chadwick & Company, where as President she was responsible for all aspects of the agency operations including business development, account management, creative, production, and finance. At JML, Lori shares responsibilities for business planning, marketing, human resources and finance.
